Disappointing Experience
Want to pay to audit your own taxes? This is your place! Evan's experience with the firm was disappointing and frustrating. They initially quoted a fee of "a few hundred" to handle their taxes, which ended up being $650 instead. The final bill was higher than expected, and it was made worse by the errors in their work. Upon reviewing their filing, Evan found that they omitted receipts for two new cars, which significantly reduced their owed amount. This mistake was only discovered after the fact, and it was not handled well.
