Competent and Knowledgeable Service
Author D. Morgan rated the service 5 stars and praised the office manager, Joann, as the "best". They described the service as "very competent and knowledgeable" and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Disappointing Experience
On the other hand, Christopher Sinclair had a poor experience with the service. He gave them a 1-star rating and was initially impressed with Lawrence Alperin's knowledge and skills in entering tax information. However, when he tried to ask questions outside the norm, he found Alperin to be "irritated" and eventually canceled their follow-up appointment.
