Worst Experiences
Both reviewers, Jay Fizzy and Molly Pattillo Olson, had extremely negative experiences with Scott Northam CPA. They both mentioned poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and confusion. Jay Fizzy's review described a receptionist named Laurie as "rude and confused" and hung up on him after repeated requests to discuss business services. Molly Pattillo Olson's experience involved being left on hold for over 2 months, being pushed off, and receiving an improperly done tax return.
Lack of Communication and Follow-through
Both reviewers felt that the company failed to communicate effectively and follow through on their promises. Jay Fizzy was left waiting for a response to his inquiry about services, while Molly Pattillo Olson was left with an unpaid bill and no response to her questions.
Need for Improvement
