Tax Services Issues
The reviews focus on the tax services provided by a specific firm. Two out of the three reviewers had poor experiences with the company, resulting in negative ratings.
Unprofessional Service
The first reviewer, Diana Lipton, gave the firm 1 star. She experienced huge tax penalties due to errors in setting up unemployment insurance contributions for her company. She believes the firm's high fees should have ensured their expertise, but they made careless mistakes.
