Disappointing Experience
The author, Kyles, had a poor experience with the Perry Hall office. The encounter began with a phone call to inquire about pricing. The representative, a woman, responded by saying "it depends, " which could have been a reasonable response. However, she failed to provide further information, did not thank Kyles for contacting the company, and did not ask follow-up questions.
Eventually, the representative mentioned that the starting price is $300, a reasonable price. However, when Kyles asked a subsequent question about an additional fee related to a child's stock sale in 2020, the representative responded rudely, dismissing the question as having nothing to do with the return. This condescending attitude and lack of customer service ultimately led Kyles to decide not to do business with the company.
