Customer Experience
The reviews for this CPA firm vary widely, with both exceptional and disappointing experiences reported by customers.
Poor Service
Chris Stone had a disastrous experience, stating that it took four weeks to get a call back from the owner/CPA, and when he finally did get in touch, the staff member he spoke with was rude. To make matters worse, his tax information went missing. He would not recommend the firm to anyone.
Randy Phillips also had a poor experience, citing non-responsive service and errors in his tax return. After completing his return, he was told it would take a week to file an amended return, but he never received a call back or an update on the status of his amended return.
Excellent Service
In contrast, Dave Marlow and Cindy Heinemann had excellent experiences with the firm. Dave gave the firm a perfect score, praising the team's handling of their tax information and filings. Cindy appreciated the accounting help she received from the firm and credited Madison with helping her look at her business with a long-term approach and providing guidance for making future decisions.
