Rebecca has been praised for her excellent work in preparing business accounts and personal tax returns. One reviewer, Joe Hallimen, rates the firm 5 stars and mentions that Rebecca has made significant errors in the past, finding mistakes in another firm's work and resulting in a refund for his son. Ryan Haynes also rates the firm 5 stars, stating that they have been doing his taxes for years and are "nothing short of amazing."
Negative Reviews
Riley McKenna, on the other hand, had a very poor experience with the firm. She dropped off her paperwork to have her taxes filed, but the firm lost her documents and failed to call her back to inform her. Carl Horton had an even more disastrous experience, having to pay nearly $2000 in penalties and interest due to the firm's failure to file his personal taxes on time. He was told that the firm would file an extension and was left waiting for months, only to find out that no extension was ever filed.
