Unsatisfactory Experience with Peter Hogan's Firm
Jen Venable had an extremely poor experience with Peter Hogan's firm, giving them 1 star. The firm failed to submit their taxes to the federal and state governments, forcing them to scramble to find someone else to help at the last minute. Despite being a long-time client, the firm's performance was unprofessional and unacceptable. The firm's employee screamed at Jen and hung up the phone when she called to inquire about the issue. Peter Hogan himself did not respond to their emails or voicemails. The firm charged $600 for their services and then rejected the clients, refusing to apologize or provide an explanation.
