Disappointing Experience with Tax Services
The author, Thomas Enloe, had a negative experience with the tax services. He rated the service 1 star out of 5. According to his review, the service cost him a lot of money in penalties due to incorrect filing. Specifically, there was a tax law change that the staff did not appear to be aware of, and Thomas assumed they knew what they were doing. He expressed his disappointment when he visited the office in person to ask about the issue, but was met with unprofessional and cowardly behavior from the staff.
The Customer Service Was Unhelpful
Continuing with his review, Thomas mentioned that the staff refused to speak with him in person. He described their behavior as "unprofessional and cowardly." This lack of help and indifference left Thomas feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service.
