Our History
Our firm was founded by Lawrence W. Burns, CPA, who acquired the practice of Paul Struhl, CPA in 2004. Larry Burns has been in public accounting since 1979, helping small business clients and individuals with income and estate tax planning and tax return preparation, and business consulting. He is a certified consultant in Sage Accpac Enterprise software and is a member of the QuickBooks Pro Advisor Program.

Our Team
Our team is comprised of highly experienced and qualified professionals, including Larry Burns, CPA, and his son, Aaron H. Burns, EA. Larry has extensive experience in public accounting, having worked for Capitol Records and a local CPA firm before starting his own firm in 1993. Aaron has been involved in the accounting industry since a young age, helping his parents with their accounting systems. He has also earned the highest credential awarded by the IRS to those who demonstrate special competence in tax matters, becoming an Enrolled Agent in 2019.
