Communication Issues
The reviewer, Niecie Jones, rated the company 2 stars and shared a disappointing experience. She worked with the company because her family recommended them and had a decent experience in the past. However, when the company started filing her taxes this year, they failed to respond to her emails, calls, and voicemails for six months after the taxes were due. It wasn't until October that they finally got back to her, but unfortunately, they didn't acknowledge the lack of communication throughout.
Disappointing Service
The reviewer expressed frustration with the company's lack of communication, stating that they ignored her "smaller" clients. She felt that the company should have been more transparent about their inability to work with her, instead choosing to go silent and causing unnecessary stress. In the end, the reviewer was forced to file her taxes with another service.
