Tax Preparation Experience
Charles Rimpila has been using Mr. Eric Berg, CPA for the last ten years to prepare his tax returns, and he has been highly satisfied with the excellent job Mr. Berg has done. In fact, Charles has come to appreciate the positive qualities of Mr. Berg's work.
However, S. Crossley has had a vastly different experience. They give Mr. Berg a low rating of 1 star and express their dissatisfaction with his services. According to S. Crossley, Mr. Berg takes advantage of honest people, runs up their bills with unnecessary hourly charges, and is unresponsive to their concerns. S. Crossley claims that the final bill was higher than what was agreed upon, and when they questioned the bill, Mr. Berg simply chuckled and sent another invoice.
Conclusion
The reviews presented here demonstrate a stark contrast in terms of satisfaction with Mr. Berg's services. While Charles Rimpila has been consistently happy with his experience, S. Crossley has had a nightmare of a time dealing with Mr. Berg.
