Founded by Rip Walters, Sr., he had originally worked for a different CPA firm before his entrepreneurial spirit led him to opening his own business. Rip, Jr. expressed a heavy interest in his father's business and soon worked alongside him as an accountant. Rip, Jr. has been preparing tax returns for over 24 years, making him a true expert in the industry.
