Disappointing Experience
David Luther was extremely dissatisfied with his experience with this firm. He gave them a rating of 1 star, which is the lowest rating possible. He claims that he has been dealing with them since January, but has only received unhelpful responses from the firm.
According to David, the firm was unwilling to provide assistance without requiring him to spend a significant amount of money on an attorney from Indiana, even though he resides in Michigan. He also expressed frustration that, after waiting for two months, he received a generic response stating that the firm couldn't help him with his taxes.
David's negative experience was exacerbated by the fact that he has a son with a muscular disease and is concerned about losing his healthcare due to the firm's alleged mismanagement of his taxes. To summarize his feelings, David described the firm as "crooked" and its representative, Shawn Flattery, as a liar.
