Our Story
Toran Accounting is a registered CPA firm in the state of Wyoming, established in September 2011. We have grown to a staff of eight, serving over 500 clients. Our specialty is tax compliance and tax planning for businesses and individuals. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, and consulting services to our tax clients. We take pride in ensuring and advising our clients that their business tax structure is set up properly to provide optimal tax advantages.
Meet the Partners
Our team consists of experienced certified public accountants, each with their own unique background and expertise. Our founding partner, David Toran, CPA, has over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. With an undergraduate degree in economics, he began his career in Jackson Hole and built a successful practice. Our managing partner, Artem Kakadiy, CPA, has extensive experience advising businesses of all sizes, with specialties in construction, real estate, and healthcare. He has been in public accounting since 2014 and has a strong background in taxation.
