Service and Communication Issues
Westberg Eischens' inability to follow through on commitments has left a sour taste for some customers. Leticia Meyer, a small business owner, hired the company in January 2023, but was left in the dark for months, with no responses to her emails. She eventually received a response after tax day, only to be told that her taxes hadn't been filed due to a missing W2. However, as a small business owner, there was no W2 to provide.
