Our Story
At M3 and Associates, LLP, we are a locally-owned and operated CPA firm founded by Mark and Marsha Patterson. We are passionate about helping individuals and small businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized tax planning and exceptional service.
Our journey began in Colorado Springs, where we met as accounting students at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. After graduation, we moved to Denver, where Mark pursued his Master's degree in Taxation at the University of Denver. We eventually settled down in Phoenix, where we started our careers and started our family. After years of working in large accounting firms, we decided to come back to Colorado Springs and start our own CPA firm, M3 and Associates, LLP.

Technical Expertise and Communication Issues
