Issues with Customer Service and Experience
Edward M. gave a 1-star review and reported a poor experience with Dairel Denton & Associates. After relocating to the area, Edward sought their services for his taxes. He was told that his return wouldn't be prepared until after the first week of March, and although he was flexible, he was not kept updated on the status of his return. When he finally received his return, he was advised to sign the documents without being given any explanation or guidance. Edward was also not given any advance notice that his return was complete and had to reach out multiple times to inquire about the status. Furthermore, he was not impressed with the company's fees and felt that they were excessive.
