Our Services

Our services include bookkeeping, which involves monthly bank and credit card reconciliation, balance sheet and income statements, sales tax reports, budgeting, billing, and invoice reports, 1099 filing, payroll report reconciliation, and cashflow reports. We also offer consulting services such as bookkeeping check-ups before tax time, accounting software troubleshooting, business coaching for new entrepreneurs, support for admin employees tasked with in-house bookkeeping, bookkeeping 101 for all interested parties, customized projects, and Xero workshops available individually and in groups.

Xero Setup

We can set up Xero for your business, whether you're starting from scratch or migrating from another software. We can connect your bank and credit card feeds and create a chart of accounts that meets compliance and is customized to your business, providing you with tech-forward, smooth bookkeeping solutions.

Hubdoc Setup

We also set up HubDoc, a receipt, bill, and document management and scanning tool. This application is free with your Xero subscription and is available in mobile form, freeing your desk of paper and saving trees.
