Unsatisfying Tax Preparation Experience

Jared provided his W-2 form, which was obtained from the official government website, but the company insisted that it was incomplete. This led to a back-and-forth conversation, with Jared arguing that the provided form was official and complete. Despite this, it took multiple months for his tax return to be processed.
Unprofessional Service
Jared felt that the person handling his taxes was purposefully avoiding him, leading to a frustrating and unprofessional experience. He was also surprised to receive a $150 bill for the company's services, considering the lengthy delay and inefficiencies encountered.
Overall Disappointment
