Our History
Tim Myslajek founded Myslajek, Ltd. in 1992 after working at his family's accounting firm for over 20 years. His driven approach and genuine desire to help others are complimented by his positive and engaging personality. Several years after the inception of Myslajek, Ltd., Greg Kemp, an experienced CPA, joined the firm. Greg became a shareholder in 2008 and remains committed to the highest level of integrity and customer service. The experience and values, which Tim and Greg bring to the firm, are augmented further by Nick Hay, an attorney with over four decades of experience specializing in tax compliance law.
