"Overpriced, gave me tax paperwork that had some of the wrong info on it and had to call when I did my own taxes the following year and ask for the correct number. Why would you not give your customers the correct numbers?! Isn't that literally 98% of the job? Never answered emailed but blows your email box up with spam all year round. I did my taxes for the first time and realized how much they were ripping me off all these years. It was like pulling teeth to get my documents back.
