Our Story

Coulter & Justus operated as the Knoxville, Tennessee office of the international accounting firm Ernst & Young until 1993 when Ernst & Young partners, Sam Coulter and Ron Justus, acquired the Knoxville practice. Almost thirty years later we have grown to be one of the largest CPA firms in East Tennessee serving clients throughout the United States and Canada. For 30 years, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional accounting, assurance, consulting, and wealth advisory services to individuals and businesses.
