Our Background and Staff

Our firm is a Georgia professional corporation (P.C.) formed in 1985, and is solely owned by Jim D. Little. As a CPA firm providing financial reporting services, we are subject to Peer Review administered by the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Our most recent review was completed in October, 2021, and we received a peer review rating of pass. Jim Little is the firm's principal and manager of operations. Jim graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. degree in business administration and a major in accounting. Jim's experience spans both the private and public accounting sectors, including four years with the internal audit division of a Fortune 500 Company and three years with an Atlanta area CPA firm.
