Who We Are
The Fractional CFO is a company founded by Bill Eveleth, a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of experience in finance and operations. Bill has owned and operated a business consulting company since 2004, providing part-time CFO and accounting services to businesses of all sizes. Prior to starting his own company, Bill was a corporate SVP of Finance with a $22 billion company, where he led a team of over 500 professional employees. Bill is also the author of four books and has taught college courses in business, ethics, and project management.

Our team is led by Bill Eveleth and includes Heather Lloyd, a highly experienced accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting and operations. Heather has a deep understanding of accounting and operations and has worked with a wide range of companies in various industries. She is known for her quick integration into any accounting setup and her easy-to-work-with personality.
