JF Bookkeeper, Inc. is a local bookkeeping firm based and raised in Central Texas. As a small, locally owned business that supports other companies in and around the Austin, TX area, we understand the importance of providing accurate information to increase your profits. Our CEO and associates have over 20 years of experience in the industry both in the private and government sectors. It is important to our firm that good financial information provided in a timely and accurate manner is essential to effective management.

Additionally, we can maintain a 100% electronic process if desired. Our staff is in-house, and we do not outsource any of our work. This allows us to maintain complete control over the accuracy and timeliness of the financial information we provide.

Our Team

Our team is composed of experienced bookkeepers who have a passion for what they do. Our team members are:

• Jennifer Futrell, CPB: President and CEO of JF Bookkeeper, Inc. With over 10 years of bookkeeping and financial experience, Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Management and a second Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Bookkeeper through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.
• Gretchen Ragle: Bookkeeper with a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois. Gretchen has experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business start-ups.
• Tracy Johnston: Bookkeeper and the friendly face you'll meet when you visit our office! With many years of experience in administration and customer service, Tracy is qualified in accounts payable and receivable.

Services

At JF Bookkeeper, Inc., we offer a wide range of services including:

• Bookkeeping: We provide bookkeeping services on a monthly and quarterly basis, including reconciling monthly financial statements, recording and paying accounts payable, reconciling daily deposits to the bank, maintaining the chart of accounts, accounting for fixed assets, and monitoring cash levels.
• Accounting: We prepare general ledger and financial statements, adjust journal entries, and provide consulting services.
• Payroll: We calculate pay and issue payments to employees, remit payroll taxes, and file quarterly and annual reports.
• Accounting System Setup: We set up accounting systems for new businesses, including reconciling monthly financial statements, recording and paying accounts payable, and reconciling daily deposits to the bank.
