Meet Our Team

• Charles Morgan, CPA, PFS: Chuck is the founder and managing director of our firm. He has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for closely held businesses, estates, and trusts, as well as personal financial planning. Chuck earned his degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 1986 and has been certified to practice in New Hampshire and Vermont. In 2009, he earned his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation.
• Joshua Morgan, EA: Josh is a senior accountant with our firm. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology. Josh has been preparing payroll and individual tax returns, and he earned his Enrolled Agents license in December 2010.
• Janet Morgan: Janet is our office manager and tax preparer. She graduated from Castleton State College in 1992 with a degree in Journalism. Janet has been preparing payroll and individual tax returns, and she has been managing the office for over 15 years.
• Jennifer Courtemanche: Jenny is our receptionist. She was hired in October 2004 after graduating from Hartford High School with a concentration in Administration and Information Technology from the Hartford Area Career & Technology Center. As receptionist, Jenny greets clients, processes tax returns, and performs a variety of administrative tasks.
