Our Story

Our firm was established in 1970, and has since grown to become a leading provider of accounting services to utilities and cooperatives. Our founders, R.L. Quint, began serving the electric cooperative industry shortly after establishing the firm. Since then, our firm has expanded to serve clients across multiple states, while maintaining our commitment to personalized service.

Our Principals

Our principals are seasoned accounting professionals with a deep understanding of the industries we serve. Kevin Kelso, Managing Principal, has over 39 years of experience in public accounting and has worked with clients in the electric, gas, telephone, and water industries. George Lynch, Principal, has over 31 years of experience in public accounting and has worked with over 100 cooperatives across numerous states. Robert Lang, Principal, has more than 14 years of experience in public accounting and has provided audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services to the electric and telecommunications industries. Bridget Betcher, Principal, has over 24 years of experience in public accounting and consulting, with a focus on the broadband and telecommunications industries.
