Our Founders

Jaklin Beteeshou, Office Manager (Turlock Office), has a bookkeeping certificate from Santa Rosa Junior College and over 13 years of experience in office management and customer service. She is also a licensed real estate agent and manages her time between her dual careers. Jaklin is an active member of Blessed Hope Assyrian Church in Turlock and treasures her time with her granddaughter and traveling.

Karmen Younan, Office Manager (San Jose Office), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting & Finance from Stanislaus State University. She brings her vast experience in assisting startup companies to B&Y Accounting Services. Karmen loves spending time with her family and is actively involved in teaching Bible to children at Assyrian Evangelical Church in San Jose. She is a dedicated and active member of Blessed Hope Assyrian Church in Turlock and the Assyrian Church in San Jose.

Karoline Younan, Payroll Agent, has been with B&Y Accounting Services since 2010. She has been instrumental in the areas of tax preparation, payroll accounting, and bookkeeping. Karoline has a solid foundation in electronic engineering, computer programming, and design. She enjoys watching soccer and is an ardent FC Barcelona fan. Karoline is an active member of Blessed Hope Assyrian Church in Turlock.
