He honed his skills while working at Fifth Third Bank, where he oversaw the integration of acquired banks into their accounting systems. Later, Bernie co-founded a family business with his brother, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of business operations. Following his stint with the family business, Bernie returned to Fifth Third Bank, further refining his expertise.
