Payroll
- We tailor our fees for taxes and accounting to meet the needs of our clients. The fees start at $80 for a 1040 with one W-2. Taxes that report deductions start at $120. Taxes that include a small business (DBA) or 1099 income with expenses start at $150. Taxes that include rentals also start at $150. Corporate taxes start at $300. We can guarantee that our fees will fit your budget.
Our payroll services include:
- Calculating how much employees should be paid each pay period
- Providing payroll records to employees and employers
- Issuing W-2s and 1099s
- Assisting with insurance and labor audits
- Setting up and submitting retirement funds
Bookkeeping and Accounting
- We offer individualized attention to each client and their accounting needs
- We can help you:
+ Create general ledgers, income statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
+ Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable
+ Analyze income and expenses for quarterly estimated taxes
Tax Year 2023 Appointments
- If you are a new client, you must call to make an appointment
- If I generally see you at my home, please call me for your appointment
Important Dates
- Personal taxes - April 15
- Extensions are due September 15
- Estimated personal quarterly taxes - April 15, June 15, September 15, January 15
- Estimated corporate taxes - April 15, June 15, September 15, December 15
- NYS sales and use taxes - March, April, and May sales and use taxes are reported and paid by June 20
