Our Story
Our firm was founded by Xin (Cindy) Liu, a certified public accountant (CPA) with many years of hands-on experience in tax and accounting. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Before establishing our firm, she worked in tax and accounting roles for different CPA firms and HR Block. Her extensive experience and expertise have been honed through her involvement in the asset management industry.
Our Services
At New Financial Management, we offer a wide range of services to our clients. These include:
Individual Tax Services: We provide comprehensive individual tax services, including regular 1040, 1040NR for non-resident aliens, and foreign tax credits/exclusions. We also prepare Schedule A, B, C, D, E, etc. and foreign financial assets (Form 8938, FBAR).
Business Tax Services: We offer business tax services, including Form 1120 for C corporations, 1120S for S corporations, 1065 for partnerships, and 990 for non-profit organizations. We also provide unrelated business income tax services for Form 990-T.
Accounting and Bookkeeping: Our team provides accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and journal entries. We also offer bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable services, and QuickBooks setup.

IRS and State Notice and Audit Resolution: If you receive an IRS or state notice or audit, our experts will guide you through the process and help you resolve the issue efficiently.
