Jeff Wright opened Wright CPA in 1978, and Dan Busenbark joined the practice in 2009, forming the Wright CPA Group LLC in 2015. Together, Dan and Jeff bring decades of experience in individual and small business tax strategy, planning, and preparation, as well as family business succession and estate planning.

*Dan Busenbark, CPA*

Dan Busenbark is a licensed CPA in Kansas and Colorado and a proud partner with every one of his small business clients. He is committed to providing effective tax and accounting advice and service. Dan received his masters of science of accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City before starting his public accounting career in 2005 with PricewaterhouseCoopers. His passion for small business tax and accounting work led him to start an accounting practice in his spare bedroom in Colorado. In 2009, he had the opportunity to join Jeff in Hutchinson, where he could do what he loves-give small business owners effective tax and accounting service that positively affects their bottom line. Dan is an active member of the Kansas Society of CPAs and serves as the treasurer for the Children's Emergency Shelter Home in Hutchinson. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, movies, traveling, building things, and working in his garden.

*Jeff Wright, CPA*

Jeff Wright founded Wright CPA in 1978. He has extensive experience in individual and small business tax strategy, planning, and preparation, as well as family business succession and estate planning. He obtained his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and began his public accounting career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1970. Jeff is committed to the community and has previously served on the boards of the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce, the Reno County United Way, the Reno County Planning Commission, and the Hutchinson Art Center. He enjoys an active lifestyle of hiking, biking, and golfing.
