Our Team

Joshua Owens, CPA, is a partner at Parker & Owens, PLLC. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as, a Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Auditing. With over 15 years of experience in auditing and assurance services, Josh has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Florida and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Josh currently serves as the treasurer of the Lake City Rotary Club and as a member of the stewardship committee at his church.

Charles Carver has over 15 years of experience with the firm. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida in 1998. Charles provides financial reporting and assurance services to our business clients. In addition, Charles provides tax planning and preparation services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Marcella Stock has over 20 years of experience in tax preparation and is an Enrolled Agent. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2000 and a Master of Accounting degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2003. Marcella provides our individual and corporate clients with tax planning and preparation services. She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
