Our founder, Julia Cloonan, has a deep passion for bookkeeping and has been working in the field since 2004. Julia has earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Criminal Justice Studies from Arizona State University. She is a QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor for Online and Desktop, certified in Xero, and a partner with many other bookkeeping software platforms. Julia is currently working on her Certified Bookkeeper designation.

Julia specializes in bookkeeping, books setup and coaching, business consulting, and organization and systems improvement and management. She has extensive experience with a variety of platforms including Aplos, FreshBooks, PeachTree and SimplyAccounting (Sage 50), Quicken, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Wave, and Xero. Julia can help you choose the best system for your specific needs and provide coaching on how to best use your chosen software for your particular business.
