Our Story

Inge's career in public accounting began in 1970, when she started working for her father, a licensed public accountant, while attending the University of Cincinnati. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Inge joined her father's firm as a partner, where she spent several years honing her skills and building her reputation. In 1979, Inge decided to move back to her childhood summers in Door County and started her own accounting firm, Bacon CPA LLC. Over the years, the firm has grown significantly, earning the trust and respect of its clients and the financial community.

1. Fill out our prospective client questionnaire to determine if we are the best fit for your needs.

2. Schedule an initial meeting to discuss your goals, expectations, and the services you need from us.

3. If we mutually decide to work together, we will provide a customized service agreement outlining the services we will provide and the expectations for our collaboration.

Important Notes

• We do not accept walk-ins or drop-ins. All meetings must be scheduled in advance.
• We do not accept new clients during December to June to ensure sufficient time to complete the onboarding process.
• We only consider clients who are tech-savvy, well-organized, and responsive to meet our service standards.

Our Office

Our office is located at 253 North 1st Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin 54235. Please note that our office is not wheelchair accessible due to the absence of an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are happy to accommodate clients with special needs.
