Our founder, David R. Loiacono, began his accounting career in January 1979, working for Kenneth R. Wallis. He was one of the founding members of the partnership, Wallis & Company, CPA's, which began on July 1, 1986, and a future founding member of Wallis, Loiacono & Cook, CPA's, P.C. David is a Certified Public Accountant with over 32 years of experience in servicing clients and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In 2011, David established The Loiacono Firm, CPA, to continue providing accounting services to his clients. On November 1, 2011, his son, Joshua D. Loiacono, CPA, was added as an owner, and the corporation, The Loiacono Firm, CPAs, P.C., was formed. David currently resides in Camden, New York, with his wife Deborah, who serves as a secretary in the Camden office. Clients can schedule appointments with David at either the Rome or Camden offices.

Joshua D. Loiacono, a May 2009 Magna Cum Laude graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology, started his accounting career in January 2007, first working in the payroll preparation department and then advancing to a full staff accountant's position in 2008 with Wallis, Loiacono & Cook, CPA's, P.C. Joshua is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He became part-owner of The Loiacono Firm CPAs, P.C. as of November 1, 2011. Joshua currently resides in Blossvale, New York, with his wife Richelle and daughters Adrianna and Gianna. Clients can schedule appointments with Joshua in the Rome office.

Our team also includes Michelle, who plays a crucial role in supporting our clients with their accounting needs. Together, we are dedicated to providing personalized, professional services that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
