How it Works

Our SafeSend Returns process is designed to be user-friendly and secure. Here's how it works:

1. Clients receive an email with a safe link to access their tax return.

2. They enter the last four digits of their Social Security number to review their return.

3. They receive an access code to further verify their identity.

4. Clients are asked three simple questions to verify their identity.

5. Once verified, clients can sign their e-file authorization form(s).
