GMB Accounting & Taxes Inc. was founded in 2005 by Michael Eisen, a former IRS employee turned Enrolled Agent, and his sons, Benjamin and Gianni. Both Benjamin and Gianni are Enrolled Agents with bachelor's degrees from the UCF School of Accounting.
