Our team members have extensive experience in public accounting, tax compliance, and consulting services. Megan Valentine Smith

Megan, our Director, has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She is a licensed CPA, a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Megan's expertise includes consulting on real estate, construction, service-based businesses, and estates and trusts.

Sharon Chan

Sharon, our Senior Tax Manager, has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax compliance and tax planning services for high net worth individuals, small closely held corporations, and various industries. Sharon's strengths include her attention to detail and her ability to navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

Joe Kashani

Joe, our Principal, has over 30 years of public accounting experience, including working with Ernst & Young. He is a licensed CPA, holds an MBA in Accounting from Sul Ross State University, and a second master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Joe has been active in the local community, serving as past president of the SSF Rotary Club and past VP of the Daly City-Colma Chamber of Commerce.

Justin Arney

Justin, our Senior Tax Manager, is a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for serving his clients. With over 10 years of experience, Justin has developed a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills.

Julie Brasil

Julie, our Tax Manager, has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, with a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University. Julie's strengths include her excellent communication skills and a well-rounded knowledge of corporate and individual tax.

Eric Boi

Eric, our Tax Advisor, has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on individual taxes and a wide range of accounting and tax projects. Eric is married with two children and enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and fishing.

Cindy Martinez

Cindy, our Business Advisor, has over 12 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax needs. Cindy has a strong educational background and excellent customer service skills.

Ceclia Garcia

Ceclia, our Office Manager, has over 25 years of administrative and bookkeeping experience. She has excellent customer service skills and has a great rapport with our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her grandchildren and taking them on summer vacations.

Tiffany Miller

Tiffany, our Administrative Assistant, is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. She is skilled in customer service, bookkeeping, and administration.
