Our Origins
Our company began when Gordon H. Lee, CPA first launched his accounting practice as a sole proprietorship in 1987 and incorporated his business into Database Corporation in the year 2000. With over 30 years of experience, Gordon has provided professional accounting, auditing, and tax services to the Bay Area business community. He founded Payroll-Easy to provide a one-stop-shop for businesses, offering payroll, accounting, and tax services under one roof.

Our dedicated team of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and HR specialists has extensive experience in accounting, payroll, and tax preparation. Our team includes Gordon Lee, CPA, Kelsey Tang, CPA, and Charlie Chen, PH.D., who have collectively decades of experience in the field.

Our team will process and ship payroll the same day if the time sheet is received by 1:00 PM, deposit payroll taxes electronically by the due date, and prepare and file various payroll tax returns.
- Accounting: We provide financial statements, general ledgers, bank reconciliation, and more. Our accounting team is dedicated to ensuring your financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
