Our History

Our story began with Jas Chawla, the founder of FAC, who started his career as an auditor with the National Futures Association (NFA). With over five years of auditing experience, Jas has a profound understanding of the complex regulatory requirements of commodity firms. As an NFA auditor, Jas was actively involved in operational compliance audits of Commodity Trading Advisors (CTAs), Commodity Pool Operators (CPOs), and Introducing Brokers (IBs), as well as the review of performance records in disclosure documents.
