Our team, led by President Kim Proud, is comprised of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in business management and accounting. Kim has over 25 years of experience and has successfully developed and implemented complex management accounting procedures for numerous clients. She specializes in job costing, profitability analysis, preparation of financial statements, and capital asset records. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business Administration from Ursinus College.

Our team also includes Executive Assistant Sandra Schaeffer, who graduated from Elizabethtown College with a B.A. in Political Science and has a Certification in Litigation Management from The Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sandra has worked as a Litigation Paralegal for various Lancaster County law firms for over 13 years and joined The Kael Company in 2010. She is skilled in completing a wide variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and office management services for our clients.

Additionally, we have Victoria Sarge, an intern and bookkeeper who is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance at Alvernia University. Victoria is a junior and is completing an Experiential Learning Internship with The Kael Company. She is relied upon heavily for her knowledge with computers and research.
