Tax Service Experience
Karen Mcmanus had a less-than-satisfying experience with Mr. Capo. She initially had no issues with her 2020 federal return. However, when she filed an amended return for 2018, she encountered problems. The IRS took nearly a year to review the amended return, and when they asked for additional information, Mr. Capo failed to respond. Karen was expecting more attention to her case as she had paid for the service.
