Nejla Smith, CPA
Nejla Smith, CPA, founded Compass Tax & Accounting in 2018, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Sioux Falls with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Accounting. She went on to become a Certified Public Accountant, passing all tests on the first attempt. Nejla worked at another public accounting firm for five years before deciding to start her own business. Her expertise lies in providing comprehensive tax and accounting solutions to small businesses and individuals.
Luis Reynoza
Luis Reynoza joined Compass Tax & Accounting as the Office Manager in April 2018. He specializes in payroll processing for small businesses and individual tax preparation. Luis is also a Notary Public in the state of South Dakota, which enables him to provide notarization services for various documents. His dedication to customer service and attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to our team.
