Our bookkeeping services include setting up new QuickBooks files or cleaning up existing ones, desktop or online. We also repair inaccurate books to reflect actual figures and balances, as well as build or rearrange Chart of Accounts as needed. Additionally, we get bank, credit card, and loan accounts up to date, entering transactions and reconciling to bank statements regularly.

Additional Services

Our additional services include providing financial accounting to CPAs for tax filing, as well as entering CPA year-end adjusting journal entries. We also offer regular monthly or quarterly maintenance, preparing financial reports for lenders or financial progress tracking, and establishing budgets. Furthermore, we maintain vendor and customer information, enter journal entries as needed, and perform CAM reconciliations and year-end processing. We also provide 1099 vendor processing and CPA year-end adjustment entries.
