Company History
Our story begins with Frank Pompo, a visionary accountant who recognized the importance of personalized service and expertise in the accounting profession. With the help of his secretary, Frank built his practice from the ground up, fostering strong relationships with clients and employees alike. As the practice grew, Frank's son James joined the firm in 1980, eventually becoming a partner in 1988. Frank's legacy lives on through his family, with his son James leading the firm alongside grandson Jim and partner Ross Emmi.
