Our Team

Donna L. Dillehay, CPA, President / Treasurer: Donna is a native of Durham and has over 40 years of public and private accounting experience. Donna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA).

Tracy C. Shelton, CPA, Vice-President / Secretary: Tracy is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in public accounting in the areas of audit, tax, consulting, acquisitions, liquidations, estates, construction, not-for-profit, and wholesalers.

Lori N. Parker, CPA: Lori is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has a degree in accounting. She has more than 25 years of experience in public and private accounting. Lori began her career at a large not-for-profit in the Research Triangle Park and continued at not-for-profits until 2000 when she began working for a local CPA firm.
